4. Sensitive information

Some of what you share with us, particularly in a pre-session questionnaire or during a Roadmap Session or Implementation Sprint, may reveal details about your financial position, business, or assets. We treat this information as confidential. We do not use it for any purpose beyond delivering your Program, improving our own services, and meeting legal obligations, and we do not share it publicly or with other members without your consent.

5. How we share your information

We may share your information with:

Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website and course hosting platform, our email marketing platform, our payment processor, and our scheduling or video-call tools. These providers only receive what they need to perform their function and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Professional advisers, such as our accountant or lawyer, where reasonably necessary.

Authorities, regulators, or other parties where required by law, to protect our legal rights, or to prevent fraud or harm.

A successor business, if we ever sell or transfer the business, subject to the new owner honouring this policy for information already collected.

We do not share your questionnaire answers, your specific financial situation, or your session recordings with any other member of our community or any other client.

6. Cookies and tracking

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand site usage, and support advertising and analytics tools. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how some parts of the website function.

7. Where your information is stored

Our business operates from Australia, and the platforms we use to run the Services (for example our course host, email platform, payment processor, and video-call tools) may store and process information on servers located outside Australia. Where your information is handled overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it continues to be protected in a manner consistent with this policy and applicable privacy law.

8. How long we keep your information

We keep your personal information for as long as we need it to deliver the Services, maintain our business records, and meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations. Session recordings and questionnaire answers are kept only as long as reasonably needed to deliver your Program and respond to any follow-up questions, after which they are deleted or de-identified.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access, including relying on the security measures of the reputable third-party platforms we use. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Ask us to delete your information, subject to what we are legally required to keep

Withdraw consent to marketing emails or Telegram messages at any time, for example by using the unsubscribe link or leaving the channel

Ask us not to use your information for a particular purpose

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with your local privacy regulator, for example the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you are in Australia.
